yep its official cannavaro is has got the golden ball the first defender since 1994. France Football's Ballon d'Or award for European Footballer of the Year
has been presented to Fabio Cannavaro. Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi
Buffon and Arsenal's Thierry Henry were second and third respectively.
Any way i feel that it is completly unfair, this award and many others should have gone to Thierry Henry, one of the best football players and more of a consistent driving force in the English league.
